Malmesbury Relay For Life Thank You Function

A Thank You function for the Malmesbury Relay For Life Committee and Team Captains took place from the 26th to the 27th February 2011, with a total of 19 captains. 44 Teams took part in the event, 45 survivors registered for the event and a total of R109 000 was raised.

Relay For Life in Malmesbury is becoming a notable event on the annual calendar and more and more people want to become involved. The team that raised the most funds was the Marais Support Team who raised an amazing R20 000. They have set the fundraising benchmark for next year’s teams!

The Thank You Function was an opportunity for valued feedback to all the teams and Committee Members who worked so hard and with so much passion to make the 2011 Relay For Life very special. West Coast Malmesbury office would like to congratulate every Team Member and Team Captain who participated in such a successful event.
